Sunny Inzell

As every year my team met in Inzell during October for the last camp before the German championships. This year we were really lucky, because it was sunny during the whole 3 weeks. Because of the weather we were able to train as planned. At the first competition I skated under 4 minutes on the 3k on an outdoor track for the first time: 3.59.15 on that was a great start for the coming season. On the 12th of October I skated 1000m in 1.12.97 which was also a personal best outdoor for me. After the competitions we went several times to the sushi place in Salzburg to fill up our lost energy. On the 15th I´ve had to skate my first serious competition, it was almost a qualification for the Team pursuit. I was able to improve my time on the 3k and skated a 3.51.10 and I could compete with the other German skaters to consolidate my spot on the Teampursuit team. I had to cancel the last competition before the German championship because of a small cold, but I was able to go very confident to Berlin with the hope to qualify for the following world cups.
